Shipping Policy

At Zonnique Designs, we strive to get your beautiful jewelry to you as quickly and safely as possible. We ship nationwide across South Africa from our base in Polokwane, Limpopo.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (SAST) on business days are typically processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM or over weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
We partner with reputable local couriers for reliable delivery.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after handover to the courier, depending on your location.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Important: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical delivery address (home, work, or a safe location where someone can receive the parcel). This helps ensure smooth and successful delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping on all orders over R750.
- Orders under R750: Flat rate of R107.
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
4. Delivery & Risk
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
You (or the recipient) must inspect the package upon delivery. Report any visible damage to the courier and contact us within 48 hours.
5. Tracking & Customer Support
All shipments include tracking. For any shipping queries, contact us with your order number.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping notification, please contact us.
7. Important Legal Notes
We aim to fulfil all orders within 30 days as required by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA). If we are unable to do so, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.
