Zonnique Designs (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a South African business based in Polokwane, Limpopo.
These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Zonnique Designs.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders.
You agree to provide accurate, complete information when placing an order.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site if we suspect misuse or breach of these Terms.
3. Product Information and Pricing
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, colours, and prices. However, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur due to photography and device screens.
We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
4. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason (including stock availability or suspected fraud).
- An order is only accepted once we send you a confirmation email.
- If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
5. Payment
We accept payment via Ozow and other secure payment gateways displayed at checkout.
All payments must be made in full before dispatch.
Payment is processed securely; we do not store full credit card details.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of receipt (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act), provided the items are unworn, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (images, text, logos, designs) is the intellectual property of Zonnique Designs or our licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zonnique Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the products purchased.
We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and POPIA.
By placing an order, you consent to us using your information to process and deliver your order.
